Amaury Hendrickx​

Amaury started his career in Mergers & Acquisitions before spending two decades in the private equity sector. He was a director of Merrill Lynch’s European private equity operations based in London and was head of global private equity investments at the Abu Dhabi Investment Council, a sovereign wealth fund in the UAE. After completing a business degree at KU Leuven in Belgium, he earned an MBA at the University of Chicago. Amaury is passionate about building Around Partners into a successful partner for businesses and entrepreneurs.

Pieter Lathouwers

Pieter is a co-founder of Dentius, where he served as CEO until 2019 and now serves as a director. He also co-founded Parte and On IT, two of Around Partners’ core platforms. He is currently a director at Parte and chairman at On IT. Pieter began his career at Bain & Company, working across industries such as healthcare, consumer products, and private equity. He brings deep operational experience and entrepreneurial drive to the team.

David Vancoillie

David is a co-founder of Around Partners and currently serves as CEO of Parte, one of its core platforms. He began his career in strategy and M&A at PwC in Belgium and London, before taking on senior corporate development roles in private equity-backed technology companies. David holds a business degree from the University of Antwerp and an MBA from Vlerick Business School. He brings a strong strategic mindset and scale-up experience to the team.

Marie Germis

Marie is Chief of Staff at Around Partners and has been part of the team for over three years. She started her career in consultancy, gaining broad experience across industries and disciplines. She holds a Master of Science in Translation and Interpretation and a Master in Communication from the University of Ghent, as well as a finance masterclass from Antwerp Management School. Marie brings structure, energy, and a people-first mindset to the team. With a natural drive to connect and support others, she plays a key role in fostering collaboration and making those around her feel at home.

Yohann Cauwenbergh

Yohann is an Associate at Around Partners. He brings several years of experience from McKinsey & Company, where he advised clients across sectors including materials, mobility, and business services on strategy, growth, and due diligence topics. He also gained private equity experience at Gimv. Yohann studied Business Engineering at KU Leuven and holds a Master in Management from HEC Paris. He brings a strong analytical mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a drive to partner with entrepreneurs and management teams.
